One tariff for all projects – commercial and private

Our pricing is simple and transparent: we offer a standardized rate for all types of work and productions.

Whether it’s commercial projects such as campaign, product or portfolio shoots, content for social media or B2B events such as workshops and coaching sessions, or shots for purely private use without the intention of commercial exploitation – our tariff covers everything.

For the extension of the booking we charge € 85,- per hour, including VAT.

For multi-day productions, workshops or events, please send us a request by e-mail to hey@heyolive.studio. We will send you an individual offer as soon as possible.

In addition to the use of our fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea flat rate and the existing furniture, the studio rent also includes a personal check-in by the studio team and a simple final cleaning.

We not only offer a room, but also comprehensive support in the preparation and planning of your project. If you need help, we are on hand with our expertise and our network to achieve the perfect result for you. Our team is dedicated to supporting you every step of the way and ensuring that your vision is realized with the highest quality.

To ensure a stress-free experience, we automatically add 30 minutes of preparation and follow-up time to every booking. This time is automatically added to your booked time and is used for set-up, dismantling and preparation so that you can implement your project without time pressure.

If the studio is very dirty, we charge an additional cleaning fee of €150.
